Description: The course aims at deepening the knowledge of instruments of instruments of economic analysis applied to the transport sector. It will provide its students with methodological tools to understand and analyze the relations between transport and territory. It will also clarify the assumption that transportation has a fundamental role for the development of the industrial and tourist sector, as well as for the environmental sustainability in urban areas.
The course will deal with the many issues arising in the study of the four main modes of transport, with the goal of outlining the state of the art in the field.
